Welcome to this fantastic three-room penthouse located on the second floor of a house with only 3 units. The apartment consists of a spacious and welcoming living room, open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom. The apartment is furnished with TV, air conditioning, large private and fenced garden with parking space. It is located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the main avenue. Ideal for a family or a group of friends.
