Additionally, there's a private balcony that offers the ideal spot to enjoy the refreshing, brisk air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and oven. The apartment also has a washer, a clothes dryer and a drying rack for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Graça is a historic and charming district located in Lisbon. Situated on one of the city's seven hills, Graça offers stunning panoramic views of Lisbon and the Tagus River. The neighbourhood is known for its narrow winding streets, colourful buildings, and traditional Portuguese atmosphere.

One of the highlights of Graça is the São Jorge Castle, a Moorish fortress dating back to the medieval period. The castle offers visitors a glimpse into Lisbon's rich history and provides breathtaking views of the city from its ramparts.

Graça is also home to several beautiful miradouros, or viewpoints, where visitors can enjoy scenic vistas of Lisbon. Miradouro da Senhora do Monte is particularly popular, offering sweeping city views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The district is known for its vibrant and lively atmosphere, bustling squares, local markets, and traditional Portuguese cafes and restaurants. Visitors can explore the Graça Market, where they can find fresh produce, local delicacies, and handmade crafts.

Graça hosts various cultural events and festivals throughout the year, including Festa de Santo António in June, a lively celebration honouring Lisbon's patron saint.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Martim Moniz, is just a 6-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
