Outside, there is an enclosed multi-level garden with lawn, terrace and furniture, and a shared driveway parking with additional off-road parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen included in the price, towels are not provided please bring your own. Eden Vale is a snug base for a retreat to beautiful Cumbria. Note: There are steps up to the garden. This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.

The Rhodes Memorial Museum is in Netteswell House and is a collection of memorabilia and exhibits about the life of Cecil Rhodes, founder of Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). Bishops Stortford Museum is run by the local history society and has archaeological finds and family history.
