Villetta Dei Puffi 40 meters from sea, Melendugno, Italy

The excellent residence, in addition to being well furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts, is located very close to the \"Marangi\" sandy beach with a lido and a free part. Just reaching the sea is extremely easy, because in the rear garden, we notice an external access with a door; this leads into the pine forest next to the coast. From here a path of about 40m, passing next to the green area, allows you to reach the turquoise sea. Even the evening walking streets, shops and clubs can be reached easily and quickly. The independent residence has a bricked front courtyard, used for parking spaces (one of which with a shade cloth). In this area we also have a small room with an external shower, intended for storage. The front entrance shows the large living room with dining room and two-seater sofa bed, next to it the kitchenette and the corridor to the sleeping area. Two beautiful rooms accommodate 3 and 2 respective beds (both double, in one of them there is an added single). The bathroom, tastefully designed, has all the useful services and a large and comfortable glass shower cubicle. The excellently equipped kitchen is located between the living room and the rear garden. The latter turns out to be the external area to be enjoyed on holiday, in fact it features: table, chairs, barbecue, area with shower, fine planter with large seat and the very useful access door into the pine forest, mentioned above.
