With 250 m2 of living space, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom, this villa is perfect for relaxation. The expansive living room, fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry, and outdoor space with a pool, terrace, summer kitchen, and barbecue offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two terraces on the upper floor provide additional relaxation space. The villa is furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, and central air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a fireplace make it pleasant throughout the year.
Furthermore, the large garden provides space for exploring the Mediterranean nature, playing on the lawn, table tennis, and relaxation under the sun. The location allows for hiking, cycling, and exploring nearby attractions and activities such as wine tasting, Istrian truffle experiences, and visits to medieval towns.
