Old Praga Garden Apartment

Old Praga Garden Apartment is located in a pre-war tenement house built in 1936. The tenement house survived the war and was restored in 2022, with care taken to preserve as much of the original details as possible, including the preservation of the original staircase. At the back of the building, before the war, there was a liquor factory - the "Reduta" Vodka and Liqueur Factory of Waclaw Lacki. The tenement house is listed in the municipal register of monuments of the city of Warsaw. It is located near the Praski Park. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of stores, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. Nearby is the Praga Koneser Center, the Little Warsaw Theatre, the Praga Centrum concert hall, a shopping center (C.H. Wilenska), the National Stadium and the Municipal Zoo. There is also no shortage of public transportation stops, from which you can quickly and efficiently get to the city center. Guests can use as many as 2 subway stations located not far from the building (Wilenska Station, the National Stadium), as well as the Warszawa Wschodnia station, from where you can get to the city center in just 7 minutes.

Old Praga Garden Apartment has a stylishly decorated room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a separate bedroom area with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom. The apartment is 2.95 meters high and the wooden window frames have been restored. Guests have a range of practical amenities at their disposal, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, free WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and kitchen accessories. The apartment has a spacious garden with a comfortable seating area where you can pleasantly spend your free time.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
