Business Park Cosy Apartment is situated in the business district of Warsaw, amidst numerous office buildings and headquarters of many companies, in Warsaw's Mokotów. The apartment is less than 2 kilometers away from the Służewiec Horse Racing Track. Just a 10-minute drive separates us from Warsaw Chopin Airport. In addition to exciting horse races, Służewiec Track offers various attractions for visitors. You can explore the stables, participate in horse riding workshops, or enjoy the restaurants and culinary points. For enthusiasts of physical activity, we recommend heading to the nearby recreational and sports center - Hangar 646. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shops (Żabka, Carrefour Express, Lidl, Carrefour), cafes (Green Cafe Nero, Calimero Cafe Konstruktorska, Pastorella, Culture Cafe, Etno Cafe, Starbucks), restaurants (Niezły Kocioł, Suwak 7, Prosto z Rusztu, Jeff's, Komosa, Dominos, Tradycja Smaku, Shrimp House, Ankara Kebab, Masami Sushi, Pan Bao, Papa John's Pizza, and many more), sports pub M13, service points, as well as the Westfield Mokotów shopping center. Business Park Cosy Apartment is a stylishly furnished apartment, featuring a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, and a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It offers a range of high-class amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and kitchen accessories. Guests also have access to a parking space in the underground garage. In the building's A-wing, there is a publicly accessible gym, sauna, and billiards.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
