The apartment is close to the Żerański Canal and Żerański Park. The Żerański Canal is not only of functional importance but also serves recreational and scenic purposes. Its banks are often used by residents for walks, jogging, cycling, and picnics. Pedestrian paths and bike trails run along the canal, creating ideal conditions for outdoor activities. Nearby, there are bus stops and the Warsaw Żerań railway station, allowing quick and easy access to other parts of Warsaw.
