The apartment features a 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with included NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME, perfect for entertainment. Ultra-fast fiber WI-FI at 2.5Gb is provided and ideal for Smart Working and streaming movies. If you don't feel like dining in one of the various restaurants in the neighborhood, you can always use the fully equipped kitchen with induction stoves and all the necessary equipment (pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, basic ingredients). The kitchen also includes a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a NESPRESSO coffee machine with complimentary welcome capsules, and a kettle with a selection of tea flavors. The loft, spread over two floors, also features a charming aperitif area on the ground floor, which can be used as a comfortable workspace for smart working when needed. The ground floor also houses a spacious designer table in the living room, where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with family or friends. Additionally, the loft has a bathroom equipped with a large and elegant shower cubicle, complete sanitary fixtures, and a welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo, as well as towels of various sizes. Upstairs, in addition to the master bedroom, you'll find several closets with hangers to comfortably store your clothes. For the night, bed sheets, blankets, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay will be provided. The loft is located on the ground floor, directly accessible from the courtyard of the building thanks to its independent British-style entrance. Once you enter through the main entrance of the building, turn left: the last door will be the entrance to the loft. Francesco and his team will be available to their guests via phone contact throughout the duration of their stay. The loft is located just a few steps away from the vibrant fashion and design district of Via Tortona and only a few minutes from the Navigli area. The lively fashion and design district of Milan, in addition to offering a selection of bars and restaurants for all tastes (from old Milanese to African flavors), features numerous artistic and cultural attractions, including the renowned "MUDEC" museum, the "Armani Silos," the workshop of "Teatro Alla Scala," and various spaces dedicated to art and famous fashion ateliers from around the world. The area is also very quiet and strategically located to easily reach all major points of interest in the city thanks to the extensive public transportation network in the area. Finally, the Solari Park, just a few minutes away, is a small green lung suitable for jogging or a leisurely walk. Getting around from Piazza Napoli to the various neighborhoods of Milan is extremely convenient. Tram 14, which stops one minute from the house, connects to Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio, Colonne di San Lorenzo, and Piazza Duomo. Sant’Agostino metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away and connects to the main railway stations, including Stazione Centrale and Lambrate. From Stazione Centrale, you can also find buses and trains to all Milan airports. Finally, thanks to various sharing services, you can move around by bicycle, scooter, or car. The check-in will be completely independent so that you can freely choose the arrival time you prefer after 3PM.
