Great newly renovated Fully furished Bed 2 bath Villa with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, . South forest beach area close to Coligny Plaza . Close to bike paths and restaurants. Everyday is wonderful on Hilton Head Island - the weather is normally fantastic. In addition to the best beach ever, there are miles of biking and walking trails, scrumptious food at the many restaurants. After a day of biking, shopping or exploring enjoy the comfort of the Villa and the large indoor heated pool and spa.

Nice place, good location

The condo is very nice. We had a couple of issues that the owners were attentive to. The pools were perfect. And the location, just across one street from the beach was wonderful.

Great stay

Great location. Rooms big with living room in each lockoff. Did not have enough beach chairs but owner was kind enough to reimburse us for buying one. Need a few things such as spices, cleaning supplies and more toilet paper ( only one per bathroom). Overall still great.

Great stay

This property is very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. AC works very well and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Using the lockbox at check in was a little tricky, but everything else was as expected. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Spacious and everything you need is in the apartment. Great location - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Definitely will return!

Perfect for our family with 2 kids (10 and 13)… they had their own area separate from the main space. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min to Coligny. Both pools on property were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great location

Condo was a perfect set up for two couples. Our only complaint was that the bedroom with the king bed had no closet to hang up clothes. The condo was in a nice area and was close to the beach, bike trails and places to eat.

Memorial Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk! This was our second time staying in the complex but the first time with the hosts. The layout is perfect for a couples vacation, like we were doing, because of the layout being two joined condos. The hosts were great and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk away and there is a bicycle rental at the end of the road. I look forward to our next trip to HHI!

Great Property, Great Hosts!

Clean and neat! Owner provided excellent instructions for property and procedures. There was plenty of room and the two living areas offered some quiet time, too. We really enjoyed Kenny B's seafood and it is only 5 mins away. Would recommend to all my friends.

The condo is really spacious and homey. Perfect for our family. The kitchen is fully equipped. The indoor pool was a godsend since it rained the entire time we were there. The condo is conveniently located between the beach and the Coligny Plaza. We had a great time. We definitely will be back.

Car trouble

The property and room was excellent! One of the cars traveling with us broke down Saturday morning and couldn’t get a mechanic on a Saturday. So part of our party needed to stay an extra couple of days and Greg and Diana was great! The room wasn’t booked for the following days and they allowed us to extend our stay! Much appreciated! They saved our first girls trip!

My family visited this lovely condo over 4th of July weekend. Great and spacious condo!

The condo is very clean and very spacious! Great location for restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The hosts even provides 3 beach chairs and a caddie to haul your items to the beach. We rented bikes and rode them to nearby restaurants (many less than a mile away) and to the public beach. The kitchen seemed fully equipoise, but we only ate a few meals in because we enjoyed our bike adventures so much. During the trip we had no problems and only one question. The host responded very quickly. We had all the information and details we needed to enjoy our trip. The condo was comfortable, but my family spent most of our time on the go. I highly recommend this convenient and affordable location. It was way more space than my 3 person family needed. The pictures don’t really show you how big it is. It has two of everything except kitchen and dining room ( 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living spaces). We didn’t use it but it also had indoor and outdoor pools. Seriously consider this place if you want affordable and convenient beach access in Hilton Head!

Favorite HHI Condo Community

We have been visiting Hilton Head for many years, and always love to stay at Ocean Walk! The indoor pool and hot tub give us great options on rainy or cool days! Many of the units, like this one, provide two separate living spaces, which is great for families with teens - lots of space and privacy! The balconies (one off each bedroom - facing the front parking area) provide a nice spot for coffee or evening chats. Easy walk or bike to the beach! We rented bikes from Island Life, right around the corner, and our bikes were locked up on the rack by the time we arrived. This is a second story unit. The condo was as pictured and was very clean. We had everything we needed in the nicely remodeled kitchen. Dish, dishwasher and hand soap were provided, as well as a roll of tissue per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. The coffee pot is a pot that requires ground coffee, not pods. Other reviewers have complained about the king bed, but I think the mattress has been replaced - firm and comfortable. Likewise, the queen mattress was comfortable. Plenty of fresh-smelling linens. Nice seating options throughout the condo. I can’t think of anything we needed that we couldn’t find! When you’re looking for the lockbox to get the fob to gain entry into the building, look for the white one. It’s not clearly labeled. Also, when replacing the door on the lockbox, re-enter the code - it will allow the latch to slide down to securely close it. Save you some frustration!

Great time in Hilton Head

We had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful, close to the beach, easy to navigate and the people were kind. Our unit was really two units and it was clean and spacious. The pool was nice and the hot tub was really hot. We felt secure and safe. We didn't see the beach chairs until the day we left. OOPS. We also were confused because it advertised it slept 6, but the couches did not pull out. My only complaint was construction on the flooring in the hall. The first morning we woke to pounding outside our door. We found they were scraping up the old floor and putting in carpet. They started on the second floor (our floor) and next to our bedroom. The workers were nice, but it was early and loud. It took 3 days to scrape it up. I was surprised they worked on Saturday and Sunday. Sleeping in was not something we were able to do. This was not the fault of the unit or the owners. It was not ideal for a vacation or time to sleep in.

A good place

We rented the condo based on two things: 1. We were visiting our Aunt & Uncle (89 yrs old) that recently moved to Seabrook Retirement Community; 2. We took our mother (85 yrs old) with us for the visit. This villa was very close to Seabrook and had more than enough room for our mother to feel as if she had her own space, yet be with us plus, we felt the price was reasonable. We didn't spend too much time in the condo, but enjoyed being there for the very short weekend. We would certainly stay there again.
