This modern flat with private pool is located in the urbanisation Monte Solana near Pedreguer, about 8 km from the centre of Denia, the beach and the sea. The apartment is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. The immediate surroundings are suitable for sporting (water) activities; there are several golf courses in the area. Besides enjoying the sun, there are plenty of opportunities for walking, such as the beautiful hiking trails on the Móntgo and Bernia. The flat borders a nature reserve so the private terrace offers views of the surroundings and, in the distance, the sea. One room houses the kitchen and sleeping area and separately the bathroom. There is also a spacious roof terrace and a garden with its own swimming pool.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
