A total of 64 m² of living space is distributed over two levels with a spacious dining, living and sleeping area, separate bedroom with double bed, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A beautiful view all around, a patio on the ground floor with a view of a large, open meadow and a beautiful stand of oak trees complete the ambience and the possible uses. Children are always welcome. Pets can be brought along by arrangement if necessary.
