Villa Gambin in Kastelir

Comfortable, modern, and luxuriously equipped holiday home with a private pool with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, located on the edge of the village of Kaštelir. Villa Gambin is 6.5 km from the sea and 15 km from Poreč.
Villa Gambin is located in a beautifully landscaped and completely fenced garden of 1,200 m2. The guests of the villa have at their disposal a large pool (44 m2), a covered terrace with a barbecue, a table tennis table, a badminton court, an auxiliary summer house of 40 m2 with a pool table and a whirlpool, and three parking spaces.
The house has a total area of 300 m2 on three air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, one double bedroom with its shower/toilet, and another bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor of the house, there is a spacious and beautifully decorated living room and two double bedrooms, each with its shower/toilet. On the second floor (high attic) there is one large double bedroom with its bathroom/toilet and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in the distance.
Please note that Villa Gambin does not accept youth groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties. The youth group means people aged 26 or less. It is not allowed to book this accommodation if you are a group of young people, or you are planning a bachelor/bachelorette party or any other party because your reservation will be rejected after you have made the reservation, which can happen when you arrive at the facility or during your stay.
