Location

Quietly situated near the sea, the holiday apartment is within a few steps of the beaches (crossing the pedestrianised promenade) and right in the centre of Umag with its charming old town. Enjoy wandering the historic old town and its cobbled streets, try restaurants, and get essentials from the supermarket, all within a 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, Umag also provides numerous sporting possibilities: from diving, sailing, waterskiing, cycling and hiking to horse-riding, beach volleyball and tennis. Golfers will find the popular Kempinski Golf Adriatic Club a 15-minute drive away.

The surrounding area is also known for its production of wine and olive oil and is full of vineyards, olive groves and agriculture. Guests will find several winemakers in the area including the Coronica Winery which is a 9-minute drive away Aquapark Istralandia Waterpark (a 20-minute drive) and the Sky Fox Adrenaline Park (a 30-minute drive) both offer fun for all the family. For beach days visitors are spoilt for choice and will find numerous options dotted along the coast, each with its unique character and within a 15-20-minute drive.
