In a word.....Disgusting!!!
We arrived at the property and was greeted by a possible permanent resident sat with their dog drinking beer. The car park was covered in litter and was not secure with both electric gates open fully at each end of the car park. The stairwell had masking tape with directions to apartment numbers on and the smell in the communal areas was not good. There was no door number on our door and the door looked like it had been replaced recently with a generic plywood fire door. The decor was "ok" but it was clear people had been smoking in the apartment. We found stains on the bed sheets, including some blood splatters. The kitchen worktops were peeling really bad and there was cigarette burns in the sofa. There was stains in the living room rug and the smell throughout was musty and smokey. We spent less than a hour here and booked a Holiday Inn less than a mile away for £30 more. I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but this apartment was horrendous. The pictures on Expedia were obviously when it was brand new and didn't even closely reflect it's current state. Whoever lets this out clearly doesn't come here to check on it.
