This wonderful 2 bed penthouse apartment in the popular complex of Port Royale, offers high quality accommodation and stunning views from the sunny balcony. It can sleep up to 4 guests with 1 double bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite, and 1 x twin bedded room.
This apartment enjoys a lovely sunny balcony & wonderful panoramic views of the sea, harbour & even Mt Teide.
It is a 15min stroll to the beach and a 3min walk to supermarket.

The owner has a nominated person who will manage your bed linen and towels etc
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)

It is a 5 min walk to more bars, restaurants and Centro Commercial Passarella Oasis shopping centre which has shops, bars & occasional entertainment. On site is an Italian Restaurant.
Also from here you can get the free bus to Siam water park (one of the best in the world) and Siam shopping mall .

The popular Port Royale complex has a lovely Heated Pool & free sun beds.

The apartment is very well equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and washing machine.
Excellent WIFI & TV with 150 channels including all the normal UK ones.
It has an En-suite to master bedroom which boasts an emperor size bed & there is also a family bathroom.

SCENIC BLISS

2nd time staying in this APT and 7th time on the complex itself. The APT itself is as described as well as the actual pics on the website. Cleanliness of the APT and everything in it was of a high standard. WIFI was fast and great signal throughout the APT. The views from the balcony are out of this world it just never gets boring. Check-in, check-out was faultless with no hassle at all. Both request of a late check-out and to provide a welcome pack of next day essentials due to late arrival was no problem to do at all. Emma & Barbera are a fabulous team and were always quick to respond to emails etc they're a credit to themselves. I would not hestitate to stay at this property again should it be available, as the complex itself is very safe & quiet.
