Un lugar tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza

Resumen: estuve 2 semanas de vacaciones con la familia y el perro, es un lugar muy tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, sin duda un buen lugar para desconectar. Me ha sorprendido la Toscana, buen embutido, buen vino, buen aceite y si buscas encuentras pequeñas calas de playa (en Piombino) muy bonitas. Positivo: - Naturaleza, tranquilidad, buena temperatura dentro del apartamento en general, amabilidad del dueño del apartamento, silencio por las noches, la barbacoa y la leña. Puntos a mejorar: - No hay lavadora, ir con niños tantos días esto es un problema - La piscina la tienes que pagar (lo indica el anuncio) - Como es un lugar de montaña, el pueblo más cercano para comprar está a 25minutos, esto es lo normal por estar aislado pero esta distancia incomoda para estancias largas. Hemos ido a Luca, Pisa, Follonica, Piombino, etc... y claro, todos estos viajecitos se convierten en más de 1 hora.

Perfect quiet spot

It was secure, well equipped and despite its remote location had good wifi connection. Perhaps not for those who are frightened by steep zigzag roads, but it is well placed for visiting a number of interesting Tuscan towns. Within easy reach of the seaside town of Donoratico with a large supermaket, petrol stations, railway station etc.

Villetta confortevole

Vacanza positiva. Villetta come descritta. Non è stato indicato che per andare dal parcheggio riservato alla villetta, bisogna salire su piccolo promentorio (in salita e senza corrimano, non ideale per persone se o con problemi motori). Non indicato che il "complesso" abitativo "Faro del Castelluccio" risiede su promontorio con salite veramente impegnative (tornanti ripidi anche fatti a piedi). Una grossa pecca di questo luogo (non per quanto riguarda la villetta) c'è una bella "possibile" passeggiata intorno a questo promontorio, che viene vanificata dalla presenza di una notevole fastidiosa presenza di mosche e tafani (si deve sempre sventolare un capellino o altro davanti a te per scacciarle). Una osservazione al comune di Monteverdi marittimo che potrebbe fare una disinfestazione (lo fanno per zanzare, figurati se non possibile per mosche e tafani). Per quanto riguarda il proprietario, è stato sempre gentile e cortese nell'informarsi se c'erano problemi nel periodo di vacanze.

Troppe curve!

Il luogo non è male, tranquillo, lontano fal traffico ma per rqggiungerlo bisogna fare almeno 15 minuti di curve e tornanti. La casa è spaziosa, non pulitissima e con tanti insetti che entrano dalle finestre che bisogna per forza tenere aperte perché priva di aria condizionata. È dotata di tutto, da migliorare la connessione wi fi, . Proprietario molto cordiale.

Un luogo incantevole

Vacanza con bimbo e cane, un luogo incantevole dove stare in pace e a contatto con la natura, la casa é comoda e ha degli ampi spazi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Un bel giardino ed un comodo posto auto. Consigliatissimo

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in schöner Landschaft

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und Angaben. Gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. WLAN leider etwas langsam. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und gab uns Ausflugstipps. Zu unserer Zeit Anfang Juni war die Anlage noch nicht in Betrieb, Pool und Restaurant waren geschlossen bzw. Aufräumarbeiten hatten gerade erst begonnen. Die Strecke zur Küste ist sehr kurvenreich und dauert ca. 20', war aber wegen großer Hitze und nötigem Einkauf täglich notwendig - hat uns aber nicht gestört - war für eine Woche o.k. Offensichtlich ist hier nur in der Hauptsaison mehr Leben. Wer das vorher weiß, wird nicht enttäuscht sein.

Clean and roomy.Comfortable

Internet extremely slow and at times unavailable. Limited private space and shade outside. Inexpensive. Good local restaurants and excellent communal pool although closed for winter late September.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente - wunderbar

Gemütliches und schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Herrlich, um zu entspannen. Sauber, hell und trotz 30 grad angenehm kühl. Jederzeit wieder.
