We loved our stay here. Great little unit with everything we needed. The wine was a nice touch

This place was right across from Warner Studio and walking distance to Wholefoods and local restaurants. Very easy access to the freeway. Would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Convenient and Close to Everything!

We stayed for Spring Break '25 and loved how close we were to Warner Bros. (short walk), Universal, etc. We took an amazing horseback ride on the Hollywood sign mountain too! So much to do and this Vrbo was the perfect location with off street parking and outdoor patio space as well.

Easy check in and check out. Good location to drive around Burbank. Good parking: I was able to fit a Ford Lightning without difficulty. You can also park on the street overnight but must move at 8am. An extra bit of advice that has nothing to do with this property: EV charging in Burbank (and probably everywhere else in big cities) is a major hassle. Long lines at stations. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Just thought I’d point that out for anyone requiring EV charging as part of their trip.

1)gavage disposers in sink out of order. 2)2nd stares kids were noisy I hope render has kids, assign then in 1st floor. In total, secure, quiet and comfortable apartments.

Another amazing stay

This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.

Excellent property.

Very clean, updated older building, comfortable bed but no box spring. The apartment is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. Parking in the rear is very helpful. Great location. We would definitely stay at this rental. Kyla is very responsive. Thanks for a relaxed setting for our family visit.

Great place, close to lots of things

The host was great at communication the entire stay. We did not need anything extra but if we did, I’m sure she would have been quick to respond! The apartment is a great size, very clean, and in a great location. I would stay here again when I come back to town!

We have a stayed at this property twice and will continue to use it as our "home" when we come Burbank. It is close to almost all attractions in the LA area (this time we went to Universal Studios and the LA Zoo and both were under 25 minutes away).

Burbank Getaway

We’ve stayed here a few times and we’re never disappointed. The unit is always fully stocked with everything you need. Kyla is always quick to respond to any question or concerns. You’re centrally located by all the freeways and minutes away from Universal Studios, and steps away from Warner Brothers tours. This is our go to place when staying in the Los Angeles area. Burbank Getaway

We love staying @ this property it’s centrally located by all the main freeways. You can walk to Whole Foods and it’s a short drive to Traders Joes. The area is really quiet and you feel safe. Kyla makes sure that all the units are kept up and clean. She also takes care of the clients who stay at the property and addresses any issues quickly. This is our go to place when we visit Burbank

Family Getaway

We’ve been staying at this property for a few years, we always enjoy our stay here. You can’t beat the location it’s close to the freeways, stores, shopping, Warner Brothers studios. Nice property in a great location

Stayed here with our family (2 adults l, 2 young teens). We were very comfortable. Locarion provides for walking to the Warner Bros. tour. Very close to multiple grocery stores and local restaurants so food was not an issue. Easy on/off for the freeway. Short drive to Hollywood/Sunset/Santa Monica Blvds. Only negative is a lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom which made the floor a bit slick afger showers. Other than that it was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location for us

Nice pad close to WB. Perfect for all of our needs. Heard the neighbors upstairs one night around 3 am walking around. Other than that, perfectly quiet and safe. The gracious host was responsive and hospitable with all our needs and queries.
