The 39m² studio has enough space for up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday. The studio has a living room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer available), a kitchenette and a balcony. The 3rd and 4th person enjoy a restful sleep on the double sofa bed in the 25m² open living-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped: cutlery and (cooking) dishes are available, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher are also included, as are toaster, kettle and coffee machine (Nespresso). The apartment is located right next to the SkiWelt Hopfgarten ski slope. The ski lift can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. In winter, Kitzbühel is known for lots of snow, groomed slopes and the winter fairytale right in the city. No wonder, because the gentle mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps are a real treat for hikers and mountain lovers. Even in summer, Kitzbühel has a lot to offer, from natural lakes to via ferratas and mountain bike trails.
