There is ongoing construction occurring at the Aegean through 2025. Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. Please be advised that your party will need to go around the work being done. Please be advised, property is under construction until 2025. Pool will be closed until March.

The HOA has closed the upper (master bedroom) balcony of the unit due to maintenance, the living room balcony is still accessible.
