Złoty Potok Modern Apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. The location is very well connected to other parts of the city. Nearby, there is the southern ring road of Warsaw, and those using public transportation have several bus lines to choose from, as well as a railway station (Warsaw Okęcie) just a 15-minute walk away. An additional advantage of the location is the nearby Chopin Airport, which can be reached within 7 minutes by taxi. Close to the apartment is also one of the largest and most beautiful horse racing tracks in the world - Służewiec Horse Racing Track. In addition to exciting races, the Służewiec Track offers various attractions for visitors. You can visit the stables, participate in horse riding workshops, or enjoy the restaurants and dining options. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shops (Żabka, Stokrotka, Delikatesy Centrum, Yuzi, Shangai Garden), cafes (Liski Urwiski, Ciasteczkooo Bistro), restaurants (Jadłomania at Poleczki 35, Your Taste Portion, CHi LE MA Warsaw, Ramen & More, Molto Bene Ristorante, Dark Kitchen, Saba Sushi), as well as service points and the Westfield Mokotów shopping center.

Złoty Potok Modern Apartment features a stylish and perfectly furnished living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony with garden furniture, where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It offers a range of top-class amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, and kitchen accessories. Guests have access to a parking space in the underground garage.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
