Enjoy this family friendly villa in Torreblanca with lots of sun, and amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea.
There are 4 spacious and cozy bedrooms, all equipped with single beds which can be put together to make double beds. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including appliances like fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. The dining area and living room is full of natural light and a big comfortable couch.
Go outside and gather around the spacious dining table on the terrace with some BBQ in the evening. The terrace is equipped with a gas BBQ for your own use, dining table to accommodate all guests, and a lounge area. The community pool is conveniently placed in front of the villa, with uninterrupted sea views.
LOCATION
East of Fuengirola is Torreblanca, easily accessible by bus/car and train to Torreblanca train station. The road up through Torreblanca winds past some very beautiful villas with impressive gardens. The area has retained its Andalusian suburban style and is a favourite area for peaceful holidays near the beach. The privileges of living in this residential area of Fuengirola are the coveted views from the houses and apartments and the quiet, green location. There are shops and facilities nearby, with your daily supermarket only a 5-minute walk away.
Palm Beach is an urbanization made up of several privately owned homes. The urbanization has a communal infinity pool for the common enjoyment of the co-owners and guests, with a sun deck around the pool.
Fuengirola city center is close by, also offering shopping opportunities, gastronomy (even a Michelin star), tapas bars, nightlife, Aquamijas waterpark, Bioparc Fuengirola, and more.
The beach is in walking distance and all along the beach there are excellent chiringuitos where fresh fish and seafood is usually the star of the menu. The promenade stretching along the beach side is officially called Paseo Maritimo Rey de España. 7 kilometer stretch of sandy beach and every kind of water sports and seaside amenities to make your vacation.
For golf enthusiasts the choices are many, and by car you have plenty of popular golf courses within reach. The Costa del Sol is said to be the best region for golfers in Spain.
GETTING AROUND
There is a private parking space belonging to the villa in the garage of the urbanisation for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation.
From Torreblanca train station you can take the train either to the center of Fuengirola or towards Malaga. The Fuengirola train station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station and step or elevator are needed to reach platform level. If you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 38 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.
From the Fuengirola bus station, on Calle Jacinto Benavente, you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucía and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda, and Sevilla.
Uber and Bolt is always easily accessible.
