Perfect Positano

We loved the location of the apartment and the overall ambiance. It was very clean and homey and the views are to die for. The only thing that puzzled us was the electricity charge at the end which we thought was rather high. Maybe that is the case in Positano. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

We are a family of 6 from Australia and Pierluigi’s apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable and quite central. We could walk to most places. Pierluigi was very helpful giving us direction of supermarket, restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome

Great location

The property was clean. Owners and brother nice. Water was cold off and on. Some rooms had good hot water but others had cold or lukewarm and barely any pressure. Pictures on line made it look more beautiful than it was. Minimalistic furniture. Location is superb!

Modern apartment with a great location

We had a lovely stay in Rome! The apartment was perfect for our stay with our family including 3 couples and 1 toddler. It was in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Rome, and was super clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations and was extremely accommodating.

Modernized apartment in great Rome location

We were only in the apartment for one evening, however, the layout and finishes were all first rate. There was a small AC issue in the bedroom that the Host covered with us upon check-in. Facilities include a convenient elevator to get bags to the fourth floor unit.

Spacious retreat yet close to all the action

Spacious, clean, great communication with owners. Nice retreat with great views of the Tiber River, short walk to be in the center of it all at the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, etc. Highly recommend.

Location and great place!

This property is located well and a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the two small balconies. However, the traffic noise can be quite loud, but it didn't bother us. The host was helpful with check in and any questions that we had. We enjoyed the experience.

Perfect spot

3 couples traveling through Italy. Perfect spot for our Rome adventure. On the river, just 8-10 minutes to Piazza Navona/Pantheon etc. Nice grocery nearby. Super clean and comfortable and perfect for our group. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Stay in Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. This apartment was perfect for our group of 8. It’s spacious, well appointed, and the beds were super comfy. The kids even fought over who was going to get to sleep on the pullout couch because the mattress was so thick and nice. Our favorite part was the balconies. Lovely to sit out and drink coffee in the morning watching the rowers on the Tiber and in the evening sipping on Prosecco and listening to the sounds of the city. The location can’t be beat. Easy walk to most major sites in Rome and to the Metro. Neighborhood felt very safe with lots of nice stores if you are looking to shop. Pierluigi was a great host. Quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us a great list of restaurant recommendations broken down by neighborhood. We had a wonderful time in Rome and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for sure!

Perfect Location, Amazing Air Conditioning and Responsive, caring Hosts

First and foremost, the location was perfect. The only time we had to take a taxi during our five days at the condo, was to the train station with our luggage. Aside from that, we were able to walk anywhere, including the Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, the Vatican and anything in between. There are so many restaurants and gelato places within 5-7 minutes. Next, and equally as important; Amazing air conditioning!! We were in Rome during a massive heat wave with average temperatures in the 90s. Our condo stayed incredibly cool and very comfortable. They even have electronic blackout blinds that allowed us to sleep as late as we wanted. The beds were very comfortable too. Plenty of space for all plus two small, but usable balconies that overlook the Tiber River. Last, but certainly not least, our hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Pierluigi and his Mom were always available to answer questions or assist us.

Perfectly Rome

Our family had a lovely time at the apartment. The location was perfect with a grocery store around the corner and right near shopping with gorgeous views of the river. Just to mention the 4th bedroom is actually the living room so can be a little noisy in the morning for that person. Perfectly appointed amenities. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Apartment!

We loved the location of this property as well as the design and space inside the home. The bathrooms and bedrooms are gorgeous, and so appreciated after a long day touring Rome. The location was perfect, so close to everything. We walked everywhere, never even took a bus or subway because it was easier and faster to walk from this location. Communication with the owner was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental for those who want to stay in the beautiful city of Rome.

Modern, spacious & clean but trouble with AC and hot water

This apartment was very spacious, modern, and clean. We were 5 adults and two children. Plenty of space. Location was excellent. Everything was as presented in the photographs. Owners were there to meet us and review details. We did however have two ongoing issues. While the air-conditioning cooled the common space in front bedroom to a comfortable temperature, the two back bedrooms never got below 25.5°C (76°F) Despite setting it at 18° as per the owner, and leaving the window blinds completely shot all day long. Sleeping at night was not comfortable. There were no fans and there was little to no airflow in the back two bedrooms. In addition, we could not get the hot water to work in one of the tw despite setting it at 18° as per the owner, and leaving the window blinds completely shot all day long. Best Place

The location here is unbeatable. It’s closed to most major attractions. We were able to walked to most places without difficulties. Around the area, there’s plenty of restaurants for us to chose from. There’s three rooms and each bedroom sleeps two and has its own shower. The shower has enough hot water and has a separate toilet. The living room also has a couch that easily converts into a bed. There’s plenty of towels available. The kitchen is fully equipped even though we didn’t cook once. The check in process was very efficient. They even offered bottled water in the refrigerator.

Fabulous place in Historical Center near Vatican

This place was wonderful! We were 4 adults & 3 children and were VERY comfortable! This modern condo is beautifully furnished and was close to everything. The only issue we had was the A/C not working but since it wasn't that warm out - we didn't complain - we just opened the windows. Elisabetta was charming & most helpful. I would definitely recommend & stay here again! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Apartment

We stayed in Pierluigi's apartment for Christmas...6 of us and it couldn't have been more wonderful. The apartment is roomy and comfortable for us to all have our own space and bathrooms. Plus it was within walking distance of all the major tourist spots...Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican, Colosseum, etc. We will definitely stay there again. Plus Pierluigi was so very helpful from the time we booked until the time we arrived. The only minor issue was the people upstairs are a little noisy in the early morning but I don't imagine that will not be the case anywhere. You will not go wrong with this property.
