With a spacious and mostly flat garden, complete with a lavish covered outdoor kitchen/BBQ and pool house, you'll have everything you need for a truly delightful stay. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa features direct access to the terrace from the living area, kitchen, and first master bedroom, which stretches across the entire length of the villa.

The terrace showcases an extra-large dining table accommodating 12 people, as well as a second outdoor dining table for 10 on the charming covered terrace with its own kitchen/BBQ. The beautifully landscaped garden spans over 3600m² and includes stone terraces, a lush lawn, and an enchanting olive grove. Situated slightly lower, the impressive 14mx6m pool is secured with an electric cover and can be heated upon request (additional charge - mandatory in mid-season). Settle into relaxation on one of the 10 comfortable sun loungers or under one of the 2 parasols. Feel free to unwind in the poolhouse, which offers a cozy lounge set.

For some lively entertainment, enjoy the jeu-des-boules court nestled within the olive grove. Families with kids will appreciate the range of facilities available, including a library with a wide array of books for both kids and adults, an assortment of party games, DVD player, CD player, video player, and a collection of CDs and DVDs. Additionally, a cot measuring 1.2x0.6 and a highchair are provided for your convenience. The Montauroux area is nestled in the valley between Fayence and Seillans, with the charming villages of Tourettes and Callian in between. The coastal towns of St. Raphael and Frejus are just 14 km away, while Cannes is a mere 30 km from the area. Exploring the picturesque villages in Provence, including Mons, Bargemon, and Callas, is highly recommended, as they each host local markets on different days. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to find the beautiful Terre Blanche golf course just a 15-minute drive from the villa, featuring two 18-hole courses. The accessibility to the area is excellent, with a quick 12-minute drive from the motorway exit (39) to the villa. Alternatively, Nice airport (served by SN Brussels, KLM, Transavia, and other airlines) is an option, with just a 45-minute drive to reach the villa from the airport.
