The Space:
This enchanting villa, comprising a main house and a guest house, offers a total living space of 300m², providing a perfect retreat for a memorable vacation. The main house boasts a cozy living room with a lounge area and TV, granting access to the terrace. A dining room overlooks the garden, pool, and scenic Luberon mountains. The well-equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, sink, cooker, oven, and dishwasher. A separate storage room houses essential amenities, such as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and hoover. The main house features three bedrooms, including bedroom 1 with a double bed (180cm), bedroom 2 with a double bed (160cm) and a mezzanine hosting two single beds (2x90cm), and bedroom 3 with a double bed (180cm) located on the upper floor. Two bathrooms offer both a bath, shower, and washbasin (Bathroom 1), and a shower, double sink, and toilet (Bathroom 2) on the upper floor, along with a separate toilet.

The guest house accommodates four people and includes a kitchen, a veranda with a sitting area and dining table, bedroom 4 with a double bed (180cm), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and bedroom 5 with a flexible configuration of either a double bed (180cm) or two single beds (2x90cm). A terrace with a dining table completes the guest house.

Situated on a fenced 3,000m² plot with a landscaped garden, petanque court, and private parking for approximately six vehicles, the villa offers several terraces, two fountains, an old borie, a pool house with a BBQ, and a swimming pool. The private pool, measuring 7.5mx3.5m with a depth of 1.5m, is open and heated from May 1 to September 30, secured with a pool alarm. Enjoy the panoramic views, peace, and quiet from the poolside. An outdoor shower, 12 sun loungers, and four parasols are at your disposal.
Pets are welcome in the villa, but approval from the owner is required. Kindly submit your request during the booking process.
An electric vehicle charging station is available, and costs are settled on-site based on usage.
