With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests for a truly relaxing getaway.

The Space:
Experience modern comfort in our stylish villa with a spacious living area of 200m². On the upper floor, discover an inviting entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living space featuring a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and TV, as well as a dining area. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (180cmx200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bath, and toilet. This bedroom can be cooled with the air conditioning of the adjoining living space.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate entrance leads to the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed (180cmx200cm), air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.

On the garden floor, find bedroom 3 with a double bed (180cmx200cm) and bedroom 4 with a double bed (180cmx200cm). These rooms share a bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate toilet. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, and the living area and bedroom 2 have air conditioning. Additionally, one portable fan is available. Please be aware that all the double beds in the four bedrooms can be separated into two single beds for your convenience.

Nestled in a tranquil location on a closed plot of 2,700m² with an automatic gate, the villa offers four parking spaces. Enjoy panoramic views from the spacious, partly covered terrace equipped with a comfortable lounge set. The kitchen area features a covered terrace with a dining table and a built-in charcoal barbecue.

Relax by the 12mx4m heated swimming pool, secured with an electronic cover, and make use of the 6 sunbeds and 4 parasols provided.

For families, there are 2 cots, 2 highchairs, and 2 stair gates available in the villa.
