This holiday home boasts a spacious, beautifully landscaped garden of 7000m², fully enclosed with an automatic access gate, a small olive grove, and a delightful swimming pool. The pool (12mx5m, depth from 0.7m to 1.4m) is heated from Easter to the end of October and is secured with an alarm. Surrounding the pool is a teakwood terrace with 8 comfortable sunbeds and 3 umbrellas, along with a poolhouse featuring a lounge set and dining table. Adjacent to the house, you have two terraces: the first is covered, providing direct access to the kitchen and the living room. This west-facing terrace is perfect for summer meals, even during the warmest hours of the day. The second covered terrace faces south and offers direct access to the sitting room. On the property, there is covered parking. Additionally, a ping pong table and 5 bicycles are at your disposal, ensuring a delightful and active stay.

Baby equipment provided: 1 crib and 1 high chair.
