Beautiful Provençal holiday villa with heated pool, peacefully located just 2.5km from the center of Saint Rémy de Provence. This traditional house is nestled among olive trees on a fenced plot of 4000m². With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa accommodates 8 people.

The Space:
The contemporary, understated, and comfortable interior of this house features spacious, sunlit living areas. The 200m² of living space includes:

On the ground floor:
A large library/living room (42m²) facing south with access to the terrace. For winter days, the living room is equipped with a pellet stove.
A spacious fitted kitchen with a dining area, facing south with access to the terrace.
Summer living space with a sink, plancha, and built-in barbecue, summer dining area, and seating area.
Storage/laundry room.
WC with a sink.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160cmx200cm), private shower room (Italian shower and long sink) - south-facing with direct access to a small terrace and the garden.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160cmx200cm).
Bedroom 3 with a double bed (160cmx200cm).
Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds (2x90cmx190cm - extendable to 180cm).
Bathroom with bathtub and sink.

This beautiful villa is situated on a fenced 4000m² plot with ample private parking. In front of the villa is the 12mx4m pool, with a depth of 1.5m and a 1mx4m plage, secured by an electric shutter. In the central area, a pergola covered with vines provides shade on the large terrace. On one side, an intimate terrace provides direct access to the main bedroom, opening onto the garden, and on the other side, access to the veranda with a summer living area. The garden is equipped with plenty of tables, chairs, armchairs, loungers, and more for your relaxation.
