The holiday apartment is in a quiet residential area. The nearest shopping opportunity is about a 2-minute walk from the holiday apartment. The walk to the city center is about 5 minutes. Our holiday apartment has a total area of 90 square meters and is located on the upper floor. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and there is also a small table with two chairs. A bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, two sinks and washing machine, a separate guest toilet with sink, a storage room and a covered balcony. The covered balcony can be reached from bedroom 1 and the living room. Bed linen and towels are included. WLAN (free radio) is available. Cot (with bed linen) and high chair can be provided upon request.
