The house is located in the Municipality XIII of Rome, in particular a place of naturalistic interest, Castel di Guido. Those who choose our structure, in fact, find themselves experiencing moments of particular tranquility after a long day of visiting museums or archaeological parks.
The house has a garden with attached parking on the property for the exclusive use of travellers.
The apartment is surrounded by the land of the family farm. There is a wood-burning oven in the outdoor area, which can be used by guests when we make bread or pizza.
Despite being in a basement, the living room with kitchenette is welcoming and bright. it is ideal for families with children, in fact it is equipped with various games.
There is a working fireplace which can be lit with prior authorization.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double with internal wardrobe, and the other is a room space with 1 bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, where a washing machine is also located internally.
