Additionally, the Valdichiana Outlet, known for its shopping, is only 10 minutes away by car.

The residence can accommodate up to five bedrooms and six bathrooms, including three double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a quadruple room, and an annex featuring a cozy sitting area, a bathroom, and a spacious attic room boasting a breathtaking view of the Val D'Orcia sunset. Guests will have access to on-site parking.

The main area of the house features an open space design with a living room, dining table for 14, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and TV area.
