The apartment is located on the upper floor of the tower villa, directly on the water, in a large, park -like garden. The view from the terrace to the Havel is extremely beautiful. The pergola gives the villa an Italian flair. The garden goes through the garden to the in -house bathing steer. The apartment is well -kept, modern and high quality. There are two bedrooms for 3 people in the apartment itself. If necessary, the apartment can still be supplemented by a third bedroom "in the tower". The tower room is outside the apartment, half a staircase higher. The lower apartment (Turmvilla 2-garden apartment) for 4 people is also rented out as a holiday apartment.
