Lovely cottage next to the beach in Österlen, Skåne

Lovely cottage close to the beach, only a few minutes walk to Hanöbukten’s 40 km long sandy beach. Beautifully situated in a quiet cottage area surrounded by rolling hills of dunes, moss and beautiful pines.

The house is modern and fresh with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room and sliding doors to the terrace. The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a fireplace and TV.
Two bedrooms with space for four people (a double bed 160 cm in one room and two wide single beds 120 cm in the other room).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is spacious with shower and washing machine.
On the big wooden terrace there are several places to eat and hang out. Of course there is a barbecue.

Wireless network with good speed (100 Mb), TV and Bluetooth speakers.

Cleaning (optional) can be arranged for 1000 SEK.

Nearby are lots of excursion destinations and beautiful varied nature – everything from sea and lake to beech forest and rolling fields. About half an hour to the south is Österlen’s rolling landscape and open views with pearls such as the charming fishing village Kivik surrounded by beautiful apple orchards, Brösarp’s slopes, Haväng and Stenshuvud. Österlen has a fantastic selection of cosy cafés, restaurants, galleries, flea markets and hiking trails. Along the entire coastline runs the white sandy beach with many cosy bathing spots. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses, for instance in Åhus and Kivik.
