In addition to being historically one of the most traditional residential areas of Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in the city thanks to the tranquility it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer, and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairgrounds.

It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscaped space populated with almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. The Canillejas park is also located in the area, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, the training base of the famous Atlético Madrid football team.

This area also has a fast and convenient connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

The apartment:

This ideal 89 square metre apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to eight guests.

The living room, with a modern style and functional design, includes a comfortable three-seater sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a smart TV. This space also integrates the dining area and a great open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary to provide a pleasant experience for our guests.

It has three comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cosy and relaxed atmosphere: the master bedroom with a double bed and private balcony; the second with two single beds; and the third with a double bed. This wonderful flat also has two large and modern fully equipped bathrooms with showers.

The property has internet access.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
