It is a residential neighborhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated by almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. This ideal 89 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and can accommodate up to eight guests.

The living room, with a modern style and functional design, includes a comfortable three-seater sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a smart TV. This space in turn integrates the dining area and a wonderful open American-style kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to offer a pleasant experience to our guests.

It has three comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cozy and relaxed atmosphere: the main one with a double bed and private balcony; the second with two single beds; and the third with a double bed. Likewise, this wonderful apartment has two large and modern bathrooms with shower.
