- PLEASE NOTE: To access the apartment on the 2nd floor, you must climb 32 steps from street level, and there is NO lift.

- PLEASE NOTE: A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- PLEASE NOTE: Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- PLEASE NOTE: The apartment offers a street-facing view, providing easy access to amenities and transportation. However, please be aware that some noise from street activity may be noticeable if you are not accustomed to urban living.
