Welcome to this beautiful place in Rosario! This wonderful apartment is located just 3 minutes away from the beach by foot, it has a wonderful view from which you can see the beautiful sea of ​​Marbella, offering a stay of relaxation and peace.

The interior of the property is absolutely charming, with a large living room that includes a fully equipped kitchenette for lavish meals, it also has a breakfast bar with space for up to five people to enjoy a great dish. Between these spaces, there is a comfortable two-seat sofa, a small table with three wicker chairs, and a large window with harmonious views of the outside.

The main room has a double bed, a white chest of drawers, and a beautiful attic where the morning light enters. The second room has a bunk bed, which has a second bed underneath for a fourth guest.

It also has an elegant bathroom with a shower and hose, toilet, sink, and a large illuminated mirror.

This apartment is very well furnished and has a lot of light, in addition, from the window itself you can hear the sound of the sea. But what makes this location truly special is its proximity to local gems such as the popular beach bar NOSSO CLUB, just a 4-minute walk away. You will also find the charming Hipopotamos Beach beach bar just a 2-minute walk away.

A security deposit (500€) needs to be delivered in cash upon arrival, this one will be given back the day of departure.

* We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for entry:
You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit alone. This option is free of charge. Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the floor. This option charges an additional fee of €40 until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate.
Please let us know your arrival time within 24 hours to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.

*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.

*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
