There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. Amenities include oil central heating, WiFi, a selection of books, fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Outside there's off-road parking for one car and a non-enclosed south facing, gravelled terrace with furniture and fire bowl. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop in 3 miles, pub in 2.3 miles.
