The property has a large private outdoor space which is mostly paved, there is a jacuzzi hot tub at the guest exclusive use located in a panoramic position offering wonderful sea view, where to relax enjoying a glass of wine while admiring the Aegean blue water!
There is a covered patio right in front of the entrance hose door which is equipped with large table and chairs for al fresco meal on one side, and on the other side there is a lounge corner with sofa where to relax under the shade during the hot summer days. On back yard guest find a external fire place, sun lounges and sea view. The villa has also a private parking lot for 4 cars.

The white stone building which is characteristic of the Greek islands, develops in different levels and offers all kind of comforts to its guest, At the ground floor the entrance leads to a spacious living room equipped with sofas, arm chairs and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, complete the ground floor one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor there is a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
the lowest floor features a second living area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single bed with direct access to the outdoor area, and second twin room, complete the floor a bathroom with shower.
The villa is air conditioned, has internet wifi, Flat screen smart TV, washing machine, large parking aea, mid-week maid service.

The villa is in Elia residential area, the beach is just 700 meters from the house, the village of Ano Mera is 3 km here guests can find all services, the center of Mykonos town is 10 km, airport 9 km.

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 2000 euros to be paid via bank transfer/cc’ charge/cash payment upon arrival
