Yew Beck is a reverse-level barn conversion with a first-floor, open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room for four and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are two ground-floor bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, both have en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is private parking available. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 7.3 miles and a pub in 2.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy an unforgettable getaway in the Lake District at Yew Beck. Note: The owner lives next door and owns a small holding with sheep and emus.

There are excellent walks around the town and beautiful countryside, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay. Home to the deepest, widest and shortest canal, which makes for a lovely afternoon walk with a pub at the end and views over the bay. All of the attractions of the National Park are also easily reached. The Furness Coast boasts sandy beaches and good birdwatching. Nearby family attractions include the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Lakes Windermere and Coniston and popular Birkrigg Common, with its incredible panoramic views across Morecambe Bay.
