The apartment, built in 2021, is on the ground floor and is approx. 78 square meters in size. The cloakroom area is followed by the very bright living area. This is optically divided into a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room with XXXL television. Due to the size of the room, we can also set up 1 or 2 guest beds here. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also space for a children's travel cot and can be provided. The bathroom with double vanity, base cabinet, very large walk-in shower and toilet is modernly designed with large tiles. A hairdryer is available. You also have access to the basement with a sauna for your own use with loungers, step machines and darts.
