House is in a quiet part of London not too fat from the centre.
It has excellent transportation links from Canada Water. Jubilee Underground runs East/West through Central London, Overground Line runs North South and Canada Water bus station has busses to everywhere. (Get to Waterloo and The London Eye in 15 minutes (depending on traffic). And from Greenland Dock (10 minutes walk) you can take a Clipper along the river to Greenwich or under Tower Bridge to the Westminster and the London Eye.
House has all the amenities one would require for an excellent vacation. Private garden not overlooked by anyone and a front patio with lots of sun. Rooms include two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, two living rooms for entertaining, a large dine-in kitchen which is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and includes all the amenities including hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher. House also has a utility room, with washing machine and laundry facilities.
House is close to Surrey Keys Shopping Centre, Greenland Dock with its sailing club and pier for the Thames Clipper, and Russia Dock woodlands with walking trails, cycle paths, ponds and Stave Hill with picturesque views of London,
