Rose House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster, dining seating for six, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and sitting room with electric fire. The bedrooms consist of three king-size with Smart TV (one zip/link can be twin on request) serviced by a ground-floor shower room and shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.1 miles, a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free but welcomes 1 well behaved dog. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Make a memorable getaway to Cumbria with a stay at the beautiful Rose House.
