This exclusively designed studio is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, situated in Horno Marina street, an oasis of tranquillity and comfort just a few metres from the Cathedral of Granada.

On entering we find a bright room with character. The two imposing columns that separate the living area from the rest area stand out. The living area is equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a relaxing and pleasant stay. A Smart TV, and a sofa bed whose comfort ensures restful nights or moments of reading and relaxation. The kitchen, open and fully equipped, offers the most modern appliances and utensils for your use, integrating perfectly with the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals in a serene and elegant atmosphere.

The sleeping area, clearly defined by the majestic marble columns, houses a 150x200 double bed that invites you to rest deeply after a day’s work or after exploring the city. At the far end is the bathroom, which with its modern design and clean lines, includes a shower, offering a refreshing and rejuvenating space. Equipped with all the necessary accessories, the bathroom meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

Horno Marina is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and Calle San Jerónimo, just a few metres from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to the different monuments, as well as the main leisure areas of the city, allow you to easily enjoy the gastronomy, leisure and culture that Granada has to offer.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
