Accommodation located in the old town of Benidorm, 50 meters from the famous Mirador, between the three beaches (Playa del Mal Pas, Playa de Poniente and Playa de Levante). It has capacity for 4 people and a bathroom with shower.

Multi-story building without elevator, the accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor, has internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, balcony with street views, Smart TV, iron, hair dryer, bed utensils and towels included. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge in the parking lot 350 meters away (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards the weekly bonus is compensated. The cost is paid in the same parking lot and we are unaware of changes in rates or restrictions that may exist.
The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
There is a communal terrace on the roof with sea views (Floor 4).

-Key delivery and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King.
-Credit/debit card details are required as a deposit or €200 failing that.
-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may take until 6:00 p.m.)
-Check out until 11:00 a.m.
-Supplement per pet of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).
-You can smoke only on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
