This modern, two king sized bedroom, one with en-suite flat has been stylishly decorated, with amazing views across the valley to enjoy whilst sipping your morning coffee. The flat is on the top floor and comes with a parking space.

There is free parking at the front of the property. The property is on the top floor.

The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make culinary magic even when you're away from home! This includes; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Pots/Pans. There is plenty of cupboard space and complementary Tea, Coffee and Sugar.
There is a dining table with space for 4.

Living Area-
The perfect place to relax after a long walk up the Malvern Hills! a comfy sofa, armchair and Smart TV are there to help you unwind.

Bedrooms-
With stunning views you'll never want to leave the amazing king sized bed in the back bedroom! The beautifully decorated master bedroom with king sized bed is at the front of the property and has an en-suite.

Bathrooms-
The main bathroom for this property contains a Shower, Sink and Toilet and is located in-between the living area and back bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Towles and linen are provided for your stay.

Extras-
No Pets

You will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is accessed by keybox.

Guest Homes are available between 8am-10pm 7 days a week for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.

Conveniently located in the heart of Malvern town centre with an abundance of local shops, restaurants and amenities on the doorstep, Foley House is situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills with the start of the trail just a short walk away across the road. The Three Counties Showground is only a little over 3 miles ways making this comfortable flat the perfect place to stay!

This property has one allocated free parking space for your stay. This is a centrally located property and so there are many means of transport nearby, such as local bus routes and Malvern train station.

The TV currently has no aerial connection and has smart TV functions only which will require individual log ins
