The bright and spacious maisonette apartment has been newly furnished and awaits guests with a friendly and cozy atmosphere.

In a small community, quietly located at the end of a side street and on the upper floor of a two-family house, you can enjoy your vacation or after work here. My west-facing balcony has a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the Danube Valley.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and offers, a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and much more.

Our guests also have a washing machine in the daylight bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower and toilet. Towels and hairdryer available.

The first bedroom has a double bed (190x200cm), a closet, a chest of drawers and has direct access to the balcony.
An open wooden staircase takes you to the second bedroom, equipped with two comfortable, freshly made single beds (90x200 cm).

The bright, open living and dining area offers you a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, Internet radio, Smart TV, a Playstation 4 and from here you have direct access to the balcony.

Of course, you have the entire apartment at your disposal.

Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property directly in front of the house.
