About this property

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks.

The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly.

We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

Fell in love!

I recently stayed in this beautiful condo located in one of the charming Squares of downtown Savannah, and I was absolutely blown away. First, let's talk about the decor — it’s simply stunning. The attention to detail is impeccable, and every corner of the condo is filled with exquisite touches that make it feel both elegant and cozy. As a VRBO owner myself, I really appreciate the little things, and it’s clear the owner has put a lot of thought into making the space special.This condo was a perfect home base for exploring Savannah, and I absolutely fell in love with the city. I will definitely be coming back — this place is now a go-to spot for me. The property is a true winner, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Great spot!

This was a great house in a great location. The only negative for us was that there was construction going on across the street that started around 7 am during the week. One other note is that there is a church nearby that tolls the bells every 15 minutes- starting at 7 am.

Great Retreat in the Middle of everything

The property was immaculate, so well laid out, great kitchen, comfortable beds, elegant bathrooms. There are stairs to the second floor, but the generous windows overlooked the part. Short walks to coffee, dinner, historic sites, beautiful parks would stay there again in a heartbeat

Great Downtown Location!

This is a very nice, clean and spacious unit in downtown Savannah. The host responded timely to questions we had prior to check-in, and the check-in process itself was easy. The provided garage parking was a short walk from the unit but we didn’t need the car and easily walked to shops, restaurants, etc. from the condo.

Great Place

Very good location right across from Wright Square. Lovely accommodation with plenty of space and nice fixtures. Easy host to communicate with. Wright Square Bistro a few doors down is a must visit restaurant for lunch.

Adorable apartment in a great location

Loved this little gem right in the middle of historic Savannah. We walked everywhere from here, super convenient and a great space which had everything we needed. Only complaint is the construction right outside the door that started at 6:15 every morning.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment was a perfect spot for my husband , my young adult son and myself. It was all of our first time in Savannah and the apartment delivered on comfort , space, amenities and location . Loved that there were a lot of bath towels not 1 skimpy towel per person like some rentals and the rain shower in the walk in master bath shower was wonderful. Very comfortable place for 2 couples or like me traveling with teens or young adult children as the bedrooms are nicely spread apart . The stairs to the entrance are steep and there are about 2O something of them like other reviewers mention , it was fine for us but something to note if you have mobility issues or travel with a lot of luggage . The parking is an easy walk about 2 blocks to the left of the apartment a very pretty park to cut through so that too is easy but something to consider if you have mobility issues , was awesome not having to hunt for street parking or pay for it ! I would definitely stay here again .

Listing not exactly as it was

Beautiful apartment which was bright, clean and comfortable. I do need to mention that the parking which states about a block away, is more like 4 or 5 blocks away depending on which parking garage entrance you use. Also, the apartment is a walk up (mentioned) but it’s a 25 steep step up to a platform and then another two steps up. If you have a lot of luggage, which we did, it was a lot of physical activity and I’m in shape. The parking on the street was difficult as they were doing construction when we were there, across the street and the construction crew took all the spots in the front of the building most of the time we were there.

Girl’s Trip

This was a beautiful apartment that looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was immaculate (I want one just like it at my house!). It was very spacious, and because of the floor plan, it would easily accommodate two couples and their privacy. The location was perfect for walking around the historic district and only a couple of blocks from the river walk. The floor to ceiling, historic windows have a beautiful view of Wright Square, but do allow in some street noise. It certainly would not change our minds about renting here again. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location

We used this rental as a base for our visit during our daughter’s graduation from SCAD. The unit was well equipped and maintained. Only problem was with the a/c and the management was very responsive and had it repaired within a few hours of my call. We did get an early morning wake up due to the construction on the courthouse but we purchased a box fan for the bedroom and that helped cover the construction noise. Overall we were very happy with the unit and the management company and would definitely rebook this property.

Meeting Family

We met our daughter and son-in-law. Great place to spend time together and central location to walk around the city. We enjoyed cafes and rooftop bars and walking around the squares. We would return to this property.

Misleading!!

We were underwhelmed with our stay at this property. While the apartment is nice, particularly the kitchen - the rugs, sofa and pillows and accents are worn and dated. The hallway used to enter the property was rancid and smelled of sewage. It was difficult to enjoy the space when you are offended by the aroma on your entry and exit. On the final day my friend saw an unsavory bug in the hallway-which I hesitate to name. The owner was very responsive but this place needs some major tweaks- new rugs,couch, pillows and an entryway and hallway do over.

Right in the middle of it!

Spacious apartment with more than enough room for 2 couples. Location was fantastic…located within easy reach(walking or transit) of everything. Parking garage was a plus. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. So much to do & not enough time! But would definitely recommend “Savanna for Dummies” shuttle tour, informative and hilarious & Pinkies Original Bar…..yes it’s a dive bar(cash only)….great vibe, great bartender and total mix of customers!
