Situated on a quiet residential estate, suitable for single travellers, couples, workers or small families, No.1 is situated perfectly for visitors to Stockton & Middlesbrough & offers excellent transport links for those venturing slightly further afield in the beautiful North East.
No.2 has a large welcoming open plan kitchen, dining & living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern integrated appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave & toaster, perfect for your self catering needs during your stay in your home away from home. There is a dining table with space for 3 to enjoy your home cooked meals.
The living room offers an array of modern conveniences including a smart flat screen TV & free WiFi. With 2 comfy sofas & an accent chair to kick back and relax on.
There is a downstairs WC for convenience.
Upstairs the main bathroom is modern and clean and has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin. The property has 2 bedrooms which can sleep 3 guests. The master bedroom has a roomy double whilst the second bedroom has a cosy single bed. Both bedrooms have ample space for your belongings.

Externally, there is a patio area to the rear leading out onto a small sun-trap back garden which guests are more than welcome to enjoy. Additionally, there is free off-street parking available with an allocated parking space directly to the rear of the property.

Location wise No.2 is superbly well-located in the very centre of Teesside. It is walking distance from Thornaby Train Station, Durham University Queens Campus and both Stockton and Thornaby town centres. It is also located within a 30 second drive of the A66 & A19, a 5 minute drive of Middlesbrough town centre and no further than 15 minutes from almost every significant tourist destination or significant employer in the region.
