About this property
Beautiful cottage in downtown Llandudno
This gorgeous cottage, new to the holiday letting market, has been extensively renovated last year and now represents a fine rental property for discerning guests, with private car parking. Llandudno beach, pier, shops, cafes, restaurants. pubs, night life and take-aways are all within a short walk.
If you are not allowed to travel due to Covid restrictions, you can either change your dates or take a full refund.
Downstairs is a large dining kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave and range cooker.
Entrance hall with downstairs toilet and shower room.
Large lounge/diner with feature gas log stove, TV, WiFi, comfortable sofas, many soft furnishings and and dining area for 6 people.
There are 3 good-sized bedrooms, all with fitted furniture, two with king size beds and one with bunk beds which are adult weight. USB chargers in all bedrooms.
Upstairs there is large modern bathroom with double walk in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
There is a small sitting out area at the front of the cottage and a large private driveway to the side suitable for a large vehicle.
The position is perfect on a quiet side road, yet short walking distance to all amenities.
The famous Cottage Loaf pub/restaurant and Wetherspoons are round the corner, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. Mostyn Street shopping centre a few strides and, of course, the prom and pier a few minutes walk away. The unique War Museum is nearby.
Close to Great Orme and close to eating/drinking/shops/nightlife.
Plenty of entertainment for adults and children.
Venue Cymru is just along the promenade, with regular live shows.
Alice (in Wonderland) holidayed here, and around the town are reminders - find Alice, Queen of Hearts, Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat.
Up the Great Orme By car, tramway or cable car to see the Bronze Age caves, prehistoric copper mines, elephant cavern, toboggan ride.
Further afield there is West Shore (children's playground, eating, drinking and spectacular sunsets and views across Conwy estuary to Snowdonia and Anglesey). This is just a 10 minute walk away.
There is easy access to Conwy (Castle and charming town) by car, bus or rail
Visit Betws -y- Coed, up the picturesque River Conwy Valley
Deganwy lies on the Conwy estuary opposite Conwy town
Snowdonia is a must, with the train or walk(!) to the top
Ski Snowdonia is an inland water-ski park
The world famous Zip Wire at Bethesda is a must - just visit, or have a go.
Visit Caernarfon castle, on the Menai Straiits
See the Menai Suspension Bridge, Anglesey.
