About this property

Caban y Bugail, Abercych

Caban y Bugail is a shepherd hut situated on a working beef farm in a secluded area of Pembrokeshire. Surrounded by wildlife and tranquil countryside, it offers panoramic views across the Cych Valley and beyond, looking into Carmarthenshire.
North Pembrokeshire has so much to offer. It is a haven for walkers, bird watchers, and beach lovers. Ten minutes away are the magnificent Preseli Hills, filled with prehistoric remains, burial chambers and Iron Age hill forts.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Cardigan Bay are only a 30-minute drive and offer miles of coastal paths, sandy beaches, small rocky coves and delightful seaside towns and villages. Poppit Sands, Mwnt, Aberporth and Tresaith are all spectacular beaches worth visiting.
Caban y Bugail is only four miles from the historic market town of Newcastle Emlyn, where you'll find pubs, cafes, independent shops, a supermarket and a leisure centre with a swimming pool. 25 minutes away is Cardigan, with its resorted castle, exciting activities and great choice of places to eat.
